The use of snowmobiles is regulated and differs in each country. Please review the regulations in your area to ensure that you are allowed to ride MoonBikes legally and be sure to obtain any required authorizations.
In France, the use of snowmobiles for recreational purposes is prohibited in all places and at all times except on land reserved for this use and authorized according to the procedure of article L-442 1 of the urban code (rental of machines for recreational purposes by professional rental companies).
